Well, my friend saw me playing and made an account on my comp, which we do all the time on other pet sites, Maplestory, etc. She never touched it again, and two months later I'm frozen. xD
I never emailed the staff about it because I was taking midterms and didn't want to be distracted, and then I lost interest. :/
