So when I saw the thumbnail I was like: 'oooooh mysterious and interesting colours'; which is a really good thing!

Then I opened it and I was still pretty impressed with the spooky feel and the hair; but I noticed these odd white lines, where the horse would actually be in shadow mostly.
I think if you blurred those or lowered the opacity, or just got rid of them all together it would greatly improve this piece!

It's so wonderful and spooky with the fog and his breath on the air, it's a shame the white lines detract!

The details on the horn are beautiful and they look so real o.o

On Technique I gave three, because you did well, but the lines just... they're too much. I can understand reflection light, but even so that would be a lot softer and a lot less bright and to me it feels as if they detract from all the other lovely work you did do!
