Done to cheer upIt got kind of out of hand...The fourth of 6 ( so far, 3 more, already in sketch form).
I REALLY, like how these turned out.
and, I think this, is my first series, I actually got really into...

.. of all of the pieces you've done in the series, this has a really striking effect.. I think perhaps because of her position, and the elegant way you've given her an equine stance without making her seen ungainly or far too "horsey", if you will.. and the green is fabulous. I adore her tail and mane.. *o*

The full on face with a horse face hiding behind hair is interesting. It works rather well in this picture. She looks frightened a little, or like something has startled her and she is waiting to see what it will do.
