Obviously, since Gardevoir was my favorite Pokemon already, it also happens to have a mega. Now that I can use Gardevoir more confidently in battle, my fondness seems more supported. Which is nice, because Gardevoir struggled before, and now it can play out like a bloody legendary.
Yes, I'm aware this piece has a darker tone. I was actually going to do something more pretty/cute, but I guess I didn't set this piece up appropriately for either. Besides, I don't think people appreciate the seriousness - or even creepiness - that Gardevoir emits. I'm also aware of the more definition in this Gardevoir's form, which I guess is in my style by default.

Like some cold blooded killer you'd see like in DBZ, blowing up her adversaries left and right n' such... Demolishing entire cities... While enjoy some nice tea. Cuz you know, Victorian Dress thing going on.

I wasn't sure what I was doing at first, but once I got the head drawn in, I decided to do a more serious looking Gardevoir rather than a cutesy one, cause that's probably what you'd expect. Especially from me. Maybe.
I honestly have a hard time seeing megas being "normal", which what prevented me from doing a cute or pretty themed piece. I kinda see them like they're in "kill-mode" or being unstable in some way, seeing how you can only perform the evolution in battle. I'm sure the anime will smack that logic, but you probably know my standing with the show.

I think your look on Megas is very fitting actually, and funnily enough I never saw it that way. But it is true.
