Wolf Spider (I believe)... urgh, but so very cool at the same time!
The females were all out sunbathing with their egg sacs on their backs/bottms.

No I didn't use a tele lens, it was my normal macro, and yes I did have to get very close, slowly creeping in!

I hae the house spiders, but anything else I don't mind and am happy to live with... Just those daddy monsters that visit during summer, if I see one in the bedroom... I'm sorry but I can't sleep knowing its there.
Once when turning the matress over we had a squished one on the blanket (under the matress to protect it) and it was on my side of the bed right near my head!!! Urgghhhh to think if it'd crawled up...
*shivers*
How sad that so many people across the globe are scared of such little things, even though they're likely to be many times more scared than we are... So why do they always seem to run for us rather than away??!

Yup, you sound the same as me, im not paranoid about them but if i know they are there then i want rid.
It is a shame, they are harmless (at least over here they are), i was touching them the other day when i had gloves on (we had one in the labs), i can do that - just not bare flesh........

Yeah, I don't go looking for them but if I see one running somewhere then yup - it's gotta go!
All other spiders I leave, it's just the house spiders for some reason really freak me out. Tarantulas I don't mind, and can see why people would enjoy keeping them...

Because they're outdoor spiders I don't really care what they do, it's just the monster indoor spiders that freak me out, I'm grateful we don't have any dangerous ones here, I don't know how I'd cope with black widows and the such!!

So does my boyfriend... My mum is terrible, she screams and can sometimes almost start crying, I really feel sorry for her being unable to control her self like that.
I could easily scream, run away and cry, but I realise that's silly and control it. I'm pretty sure my eyes
