Description a boss I thought up a while ago that I was recently inspired to draw again by Jubokko. I figured I'd work him in as a boss that Edgar faces in The Legend of Zelda: the great war.

The Masked Pharaoh is a boss that resides in a dungeon known as the forgotten pyramid, which is a temple hidden by a sandstorm in the largest desert of the Ecetine empire. the desert is refered to by Hyrule as the death desert. none who have ventured into it have ever returned. Edgar, the Prince of hyrule, younger brother of crown Princess Zelda, would be the first.

The pharaoh uses the sandsword in battle. he fights in a similar way to: Dark Lord Ganondorf, but he is obviously much less powerful. he has a few more moves than ganondorf, but his attack power and life force are lower.

when Edgar defeats the masked Pharaoh, he takes the sandsword, which is a powerful two-handed sword that, when combined with a jump spin, creates a sandstorm which blinds and damages most enemies.

hope you enjoy!

Okay, first of all, thanx for mentioning me. (I'll transfer the money later on your account^^)

Well, I see what you meant about your drawing skills, but I don't think it's that bad. Sure, there are people here who draw better. There are also people here who draw better than me. Heck, there will always be someone better, no matter how good you are.
But also, no artist, no matter how good he is, can draw sh*t without imagination. Nobody just throws the paint brush or pencil and hopes for a good result. Imagination is needed. And that's something you got, imagination. A boss like that in a Zelda game, why not? Something egyptian based, could work. AFAIK, there is something like that in Mario, so why not in Zelda. So, yeah, not bad.

Although I'm also interested in how to defeat him. But... no, that's just because I like to write some detailed description on how to defeat the bosses I invented. Guess I can't expect that from everybody else...

thanks. I guess I could give a guide to defeat him. basically, you wait for him to attack with a sandstorm, use a jump spin to turn it back at him, start attacking the **** out of him, and so on. there are other details, but I'm still getting to those. I'll jot 'em down as they come.

Yeah sure, you don't actually have to. I mean, it's just that I do that, since I also like to write. Dunno, just me.
Just don't be too detailed. Like, "Attack with a spin attack when the 4.358.262th grain of sand flies past you." or so.^^

heh. alright. I wasn't planning on being too detailed. on the topic of the artwork quality, when I look at this on the screen, the picture I drew is actually a lot better than what came off of the scanner. probably the case with a lot of my submissions.
by the way, any chance I could get you to visit my gallery? I haven't had many comments on my work, and I could use some constructive critisism.
if you can, that's great, if not, no hard feelings.

Ah, damn scanners! Ruining our work. Damn them to hell!

Anyway, well, I'll visit your gallery, sure. Although, truth be told, I can't say when I look at it. I actually planned on looking at other peoples galleries too. And I did not find the time to do that so far. I'm always uploading pics and saying to myself that I will check other galleries, but so far big talking, no action. The only thing I can promise you at this moment is that I will look at it, but I can't tell you when. And if I don't... well, let some lightning hit me or whatnot. I dunno.

But of course, you're invited to look at mine too. Some more comments couldn't hurt me too. Only if you want to, of course. Won't be forcing you to anything. Actually, even if I wanted to, I couldn't. How, over the internet? So, just like you said. If yes, fine; if not, not a problem either.

I'll take a look at it, sure. and thank you for sympathizing about the crappy scanner. I don't promise to be able to help that much though.

Ah, that's ok, even the slightest help is good. And the only comment on a drawing you gave so far is at least more helpful than all others I received, as far as I remember. I'd really wish there were more like that. Not just from you, but in general.
