Description
another design, featuring a new favorite of mine, oswald. i'm kind of upset with myself that i never looked into his character sooner, he's really interesting! i guess i never took interest in him because when i was younger i was heavily influenced by the movies and cartoons, and the only real exposure to oswald i got was Danny Devito's Gross Sewer Kidnapper Penguin.

but anyway, this design leans more towards some comic book versions of him, with the tiniest bit of The Batman penguin because i really love his design and the fact that Tom Kenny did his voice.
