lolol, animation movement xD Finally!! I has it done!! (though, I started it today lol) the one who was seeing how this was made was *HomegrownKodi , who saw everything (and decided the BG lol) and, I know, it blinks to fast, maybe i'll fix that later, maybe not lol, so, now, um, hi? xD..told ya Kodi!! it was possible to animate it!! and even if it was kinda hard, I made it and I feel good!! and this is my new style,
ok...so now legal stuff
Program used - GIMP 2.6 (for everything, lineart, color and animating, since it's the only one I have xD)
Lame Art (c) me
and, I don't has a watermark here because I actually though it will make the image heavier or ruin it lol, but I know it looks pixelated because of .gif, but you can see the whole detail on this image, which is in scraps

I always try to make my best, I'm just a newbie into this of drawing and animating and I LOVE to receive critiques, specially when they tell me where I fail at, it helps me improve
Don't worry, even if my next one isn't animated i'll show the full body
and, yeah, I noticed that too, the eye was making a weird dance 
I made all by hand
and someone was watching

Hey there!
I have a question... I use GIMP as well, and have been using it for a while, but I can't figure out how to make the animation not blurry! If it's a still image, the quality is perfect, but the second I animate it (and save it as a GIF file), the quality goes down considerably. Can you tell me how to make the quality better please? well, Im always glad to help someone
first you need to have several layers, lets say with 2, one is green coloring, and other one is purple, then, you put on filters the one called "Animation" and then Playback" to see how its done so far, when you are glad with it, save as format .gif and select "loop forever", the frame rate is how fast you want it to be, the lesser,, the faster
