I kinda wonder what is happening here.
My guess is that their patrol didn't went well because of the two brothers increasing sibling rivalry.
Mufasa has the smug look of someone who is used to always being on top, and Taka is getting more and more fed up with it.
Ahadi is not amused by his sons behaviours, and Uru is concerned because she already sees something toxic brewing between her sons.

I, personally, associate Mufasa and Scar to Thor and Loki because I like to think of all the brothers' similarities, whether it be looks, actions, or expressions.
