Okay so a little story about this pic
This drawing has a special place in my heart
I drew this when I was 12years old
At that time they were airing Fievel stories on the TV and I was quite fond of him
I still remeber some little details and music from the show
Around the time I entered highschool I found this drawing once again, and I ended up useing it to a project we got from the teacher
he he, my entry surely was different from others
the idea was to show window by window a part from the drawing in six different layers you choose and write a matching poem of the detail and what's so sweet/good about it and what makes it important. The final layer was the whole drawing
I chose an old drawing because not only I wanted to show what's good about present style of mine in my oppinion but to cherish all that knowledge I've optained during past years of drawing
without the past, there can't be present nor future
my teacher liked the idea very much and as he said to me so wisely;" it's unique and it's made with love and passion for art" I couldn't agree more, it wasn't perfect, it still isn't but I like it the way it is
and that's just how I feel about my art even today and I love all the mistakes I made in this, wouldn't change a thinganyway,,just wanted to put it here to show you how my style has improved from those days

nice pic,reminds me of a pic of fievel sleeping in his bed that was on some "An American Tail" bedsheets that I used to owned when I was a kid. other pics on the sheets if I remember right were Fievel and Tanya dancing to Papa's violin,Tanya watching Fievel play "cats cradle",Mama making cookies Tanya's helping but Fievel swipes a cookie behind his back,Fievel sitting on a pillow reads a book to Tiger who is laying next to him. I think thats all of them. I think I'll fave it

The main reason for this art piece I did years ago, was because I had this pose of Fievel on my pajamas
I think you've inspired me to get back to working with this piece..I think I'll color this old drawing
Your comment made me think of those good old days and I think it'll be a good change of style for me to draw something else than manga for a change

your welcome^^ I think i still had a pillow case from the sheet set that I took to jr. high school one day and used it as a desk cozy,it'd be nice to have that pillow case back,its probably scattered to the four winds(my expression meaning it's gone forever) I could probably find one on Ebay. I'm happy that I inspired you.
