At first I was only going to draw Dani and Sachihiro, but since I was already half-way through Sarafina x Zira piece, I thought "fuck it, let's draw both!" XD
Originally I was going to give Dani her neckfur that she wears, but since I didn't know the color, I decided to drop it...

For those who don't know, Chosen One is a prequel to Broken Crown. It tells about Sarafina's mother Dani, a lioness who started out as an empress but ended up becoming a rogue. If you want to find out what happened, go and read Chosen One here .

I hope you all like this art piece, it took me a while to make because of the background... God, I died during that one.
This shall be the last fanart for Kai in a while I think, but who knows!
