Part 9 of my Revelation Emerald comic!

Ok, so I initially planned to end chapter 2 here, but there's a little bit extra that I want to add on which was originally going to be a chapter 2.5. However, I feel as though that not many people would have bothered reading said chapter 2.5, and frankly, It's too important to the story to miss out, so I will just make it an extension of chapter 2.

Anyway, It's been about a month since I last uploaded, despite saying that I wouldn't take so long with this one. Really sorry guys, but I don't have much of an excuse. I was quite busy back in February which ultimately just lead to pure laziness. As you can see with this particular part, I've kind of rushed it a little. Why? Because I really wanted to wrap up chapter 2, haha!

Now for some bittersweet news.

Ok, so the comic itself is going to start getting more complex in terms of battles, characters, and plot. To be totally honest, I feel like that as of right now, I'm artistically incapable of expressing a lot of this through my work. I have a long story planned here, and have since the beginning, so I would like to make the experience as enjoyable as possible not only for the readers, but for myself as an artist. Because of this, I plan to put the comic on hiatus for about 2 to 3 months (don't quote me on that) so that I can take the time, and brush up more on my art. I understand that drawing the comic in itself will help me with my artistic capability, but I feel like I need to gain some more knowledge to help set me in the right direction. I hope you guys understand, and can respect my decision. Also, fear not. I do plan to update my journal, letting you guys know how things are going, and probably even upload some of the work that I do in-between this part and the next. Thanks for being patient, guys! <3
