When I was a kid, I was quite the oddball...I never grew up with toy cars and balls...Instead, I grew up with storybooks...And lo and behold, I present to you characters from some of the most famous(and corniest) nursery rhymes/ children's stories!
When the time comes that i have to go work at the hospital, I'm gonna show these to the little kiddies I'll encounter and tell them stories (that is, if I'm not off siphoning blood out of people's veins...)
L-R: Little Red Riding Hood, Little Miss Muffet, Jack and Jill(and their pails of water...yes, his head is bandaged), Hansel and Gretel, Jack(and the amazing Goose-who-laid-the-golden-eggs), and Goldilocks...
I originally had a background planned...but I suck at PS...besides..it looks cleaner without one...
They are 100% TRADITIONAL...no editing on PS(or any other program of that nature) whatsoever

The Dutch girl from the rhyme "Pretty Little Dutch Girl".

Awww, I love these guys- the pictures I mean, although I love the tales too. They all came out absolutely wonderful! although Little Miss Muffet and Jack and his goose are my person favorites. Great job, I'm rather glad you left these without a background.

And here is something interesting.
Did you know that most of the original fairy tales are pretty dark.
Like how in one version, Snow White's step-daughter's punishment for her wicked ways, a pair of heated iron shoes are brought forth with tongs and placed before the Queen. She is then forced to step into the iron shoes and dance until she falls down dead
Or how something about in the orginal version of "Little Mermaid", the main mermaid had her tongue ripped out in exchange for her legs.

Yeah..,I remember those...the original versions are very disturbing stuff
Like in Cinderella...the stepsisters chopped off parts of their feet so they could fit into the glass slipper...
And instead of a fairy godmother, BIRDS brought her three different dresses from nowhere...

Most disney movies annoy me nowadays...especially the ones rendered in 3D animation....the only one by Disney I love is Meet the Robinsons..and the Pixar ones...but I DETEST Chicken Little(I just hate it...dunno why)..and the recent animations..like Home on the Range and The Emperor's New Groove.....
If you ask me, Disney's quality died after Lilo and Stitch....Hopefully the magic will return with 'The Princess and the Frog'

i lived in a peacful place and loved all of nature, after that when i was 7 and moved to the suburban area, i lost my connection ,
