I know plenty of small mutts? I own a chipoo (chihuahua poodle mix)? And the book clearly states, as does the website, he's not pure bred.

Which legs are you currently speaking of? Lucky's legs or someone else's? Cuz in honesty if it's that big a deal he be perfect according to the book cover, chillax. I know what he is, I know what he looks like. I chose to create the characters upon my own interpretation of the book via my own imagination. That's why they're written in words, not scribbled in pictures. It gives the reader freedom to create the world within their own mind. Not only that, but everybody's style is unique. Not to say it's an excuse for poor anatomy skills, but if you'd like I can draw him in perfect realism as described in the front cover? Chillax. Series isn't even that strong to begin with in honesty .-.

Mmm...ionno I still think of more of a sleek greyhound or saluki build when I think of her, but it's up to interpretation really. I don't think the matter is ever really address in the books, though I have yet to read the second one.

OO! Once you get started, let me know your thoughts on what kind of dog Sweet is. I've been thinking Saluki, but I'm probably way off xD I cant find any info on her yet. It's good so far, a bit confusing with the new lingo, but good~ Chapter 2 is really sad, just to warn you D=
