Alright, this one's a little older still, but I felt like putting it up too before the other stuff.

This was a preliminary t-shirt design I made for Southland Graphics back when I first interviewed with them about 2 years ago now. They basically just threw me some text and a color limit and wanted to see what I did.

I played it pretty safe. The text was pretty much untouched, for the sake of focusing on the image. I'm glad I thought about limited color schemes in this manner then, cuz when I actually got to work with them a couple years later, a style like this was easily the quickest to apply to Illustrator.

I think JD & The Jammers are fake, but someone can correct me on that. There were a ton of bands in Athens (for better or for worse).

EDIT- OH OH! And just for note. Having worked with them now, I know if I had made this for work, the boss woulda made me blow up that teeny tiny text with the Greek names to a waaay larger scale. Those frat guys wanna be given their props every time! Just interesting to see my way of thinking then.
