Okay just to start off I would like to say that I DID NOT PUT MY ALL INTO THOSE LINES!!! I was gonna make it a sketch in a sketch dump really, but when I'd finished the lines my friend liked it so much (mainly cuz it's Demo I believe) that I decided to use it for colouring practice.I dunno... I'm not entirely happy with the way it turned out since it's not yet the colouring style I want. I'm getting closer though.
Drawing Demoman was actually rather fun but... I don't think I'll be drawing him again anytime soon o.o

Your colouring here is looking cool!
In terms of criticism: His face looks a bit odd, not enough jaw, though the expression is awesome.
Men's elbows aren't so pointy, more rounded. The fingers look a bit odd, and his legs seem a little bit disconnected from his body.
But overall, you're doing really well! Keep up the good work! Nice pose too.

Honey, not trying to excuse myself but I used NO time at all on this XD Believe me I know it looks AWFUL to be honest XD The only thing I've worked on is the colouring. This is a lined up sketch, but thank you for pointing it out anyway. It's nice of you to take time to critisize even the lousiest pieces I do :3

On your colouring, while you have highlights and light direction well enough, I think you need to have a few more hues in your work, a bit more saturation to make it pop out a bit more.

What it truly boils down to is I like to make things. I can't put as much time into it as I used to cause of college but when I can pump something out oh boy it's great.
Im actually hoping to have something up by the end of this week. Look out for it!
As far as being a prof. I was actually going for teaching as a minor. That unfortunately is not going to happen but I tell you what six high school students walked out of my class knowing how to animate.

Something that I learned about todays world is that you gotta create your own work (not just artwork-wise, but work in general) if you want to be involved in something big in what you love. I'm stuck in school so I barely have time to whipe my ass but I would say to try and broaden your horizons. Make a series of very simple, funny comics that you could print for very cheap, make a display, and see if any local busnesses will like to have your display at their counters. Put your name and number on them and give them like 10 copies for 10 bucks(that way they can charge what they want for each issue and you have a flat payment, recomend no more than two bucks per issue). Get enough of those around someone might just call for a commission and even if they don't you get a little bit of money and some advertising.

I really love the metal, but I've pointed it out before. But.. Hell to hear it one more time doesn't hurt I guess! Really, I envy how you make shiny things like metal for example. Really outstanding!
