Yes, well the deeper you go it become harder to see, but it also depends on wich beach or river you go to.  If you go underwater in the Combate (the beach name it's a yellowish or sometimes a dark blue. Not fully visible yet fun.

Oh, I see Puerto Rico since it's an island it has many type of water resources Rivers, Beaches , etc.  Maybe one day you should visit.
