He's an Americanized Englishman who moved with his mother and father to Japan after his older brother died in war. He's pretty serious, but he's very hot-headed and is easily ticked off. When he gets mad, his voice tends to rise and he has a tendancy to curse in three languages: English, Japanese, and French. Thanks to his complex, he's easily embarrassed and doesn't make friends easily, since he's afraid of being overshadowed. He tends to stay out of crowds unless he knows he's the best of them all. He's... like Prussia.

and yes, I used Hetalia colors. So sue me.
