This almost looks like a; "I'll be here when you come back, dear," "I might not be coming back though..." hug and it's making me a bit unsettled. :/ The picture is really good though. ^^

Very realistic.  Well done.  A very romantic moment captured in  black lines on a white background.  You can 'Feel' for the characters.  Amazing 'feeling' to this!  You turned a simple sketch into an emotional spring!  The faces seem so lifelike!
