Yay for tutorials! People seem to like how I color my eyes, and I was working on the eyes of a PC and thought: 'Why not now make a tutorial?'

Here I show you how I make my 'Starry sky' eyes, the ones with the little stars and dots. It's rather easy, all I use is the Pen and Blur tool. I wanted to put that in the tutorial, but I couldn't make it any longer in size. X'D It's 10000 pixels long...
