Emotions I feel, they turn to none
I broke, I broke them one by one

(Y/N) sat at the end of her and Law's shared bed, the lights were all off casting the room in darkness with what little light the moon was giving off.

The smile that I had through all these years
It bears, it bears these hateful tears

Tears welled up in her (E/C) eyes as she clenched her first and grabbing a hold of her pajama pants. Her lips quiver as they pulled up into broken smile, her body shook and quivered as small sobs ranked through her being. 'It's alright' she thought to herself over and over.

The scars that I have, I gulped although
They hurt, they hurt, but you won't know

Through her blurry vision she looked at her wrist, the skin had red puffy vertical lines on it. They burned and were beginning to scab over. Usually she'd hid them before Law came home, but at the moment she had no energy. The thoughts that raced through her mind made a small hiccup leave her lips as she shook. Tears fell from her cheeks and splashed onto her hands that continued to clutch her pajama bottoms.

And if it is true you should admit
You didn't notice it

She flinched her (H/L) (H/C) hair swayed as she turned her head towards the window as the muffled sound of a car pulling into the drive way filled her ears. She sat there, trying to silence her sobs as she looked at the the glass. Light from the car that was pulling in reflected off the surface and illuminated the room a bit more before it faded away, paving the room in darkness once again.

(Y/N) sat still as she heard the front door open downstairs, though it was muffled slightly. It still felt loud and clear as it echoed through the silent house. Standing up, she stood there, her body swaying as she hesitated in deciding if she should go downstairs and meet Law or stay were she was.

Light that burned it's out by now
I try to get it back somehow

Shaking her head and letting her hair sway side to side she quickly wiped at her eyes and tried to rid any evidence that she had been crying. Looking to the side were the dressers mirror was, she smiled, it was wide and looked real almost. But her eyes did not match the wide smile, the (E/C) orbs were still a little puffy and held not a single emotion.

The "I" it slowly turn the "me" into what is "lies"

Ignoring it and hoping Law wouldn't notice, (Y/N) exited the bedroom and walked down the dark hallway to the staircase. Her bare feet made no sounds as they descended down the stairs and into the dark living room that had only the lamp on to illuminate the dark room. Reaching the bottom, she stood there and looked to the front door, were Law was putting away his white coat. Bags were under his golden orbs as he wiped at his eyes before looking at his (H/C) haired lover.

The raven haired male looked at her, he couldn't make out much of her features in the dark. All he could see was the light from the lamp reflecting off her (E/C) eyes. They were puffy red and tired, instead of seeing that lovely emotion he always saw, there was nothing shining within them.

"(Y/N)?" He questioned looking at her with his eyebrow furrows. "Is something a matter, love?" He asked, concerned. He watched as those eyes suddenly were filled with pain and sadness as a small sound reached his ears, one that if it wasn't for how quiet the house was, he never would have caught it. It was a small whimper, those beautiful eyes were soon filled with tears that spilled forth like a waterfall and fell to the floor creating smile 'splashes'.

In one quick motion, Law walked over to his (H/C) haired lover and encased her in his arms. Wrapping one arm around her waist, he placed a hand on the back of her head and pressed it to his chest. (Y/N) grabbed a fist full of his shirt as loud sobs ranked through her body. He chest tighten and her stomach twisted painfully as it she was about ready to puke. "Shh" Law mumbled lowly as he ran his fingers through (Y/N)'s (H/L) hair.

The sobs that escaped past (Y/N)'s lips, pulled at Law's heart strings as he tighten his hold on her. Pulling back he placed his hands on her shoulders and lightly squeezed them while staring straight into the (H/C) haired girl's eyes. Silently asking her what's wrong, when all he got was a low whimper in response he once again lightly squeezed her shoulders before encasing her into another hug. Leaning against the wall, he slide down to the floor and brought (Y/N) down with him all while keeping a tight hold on her.

The "I" it turns to "clown" on my behalf
You'll laugh and laugh

(Y/N) cried, her voice increasing in volume as she shook her head. The thoughts racing through her mind would come and leave within minutes. But the voices that whispered slowly in her ears stayed and echoed over and over the same horrid lies. One's that she knew in her heart weren't real, but the voices said them in such gentle whispers and comforting tones that it made her second guess. Her hold on Law's shirt did not loosing as she started to shake him while shaking her head from side to side.

The sight alone made Law's heart ache painful as he had no way of helping. He was a doctor and he had no way of helping his lover through whatever pain she was going through. He didn't know the cause or what to do and it displeased him greatly. How could he help we he couldn't grasp at the problem himself?

Right now I could just disappear

Slowly (Y/N) grip on his shirt started to loosen as the (H/C) haired girl's head begin to throb painfully. It sounded as if someone was pounding their fist over her skull again and again, causing it to rattle her brain. Taking in deep heavy breaths, she sniffed as a few more tears slipped down her face and to her chin were they slowly dripped down onto Law's lap. Swallowing thickly, (Y/N) leaned forward and rested her head of Law's chest before closing her eyes.

Law sat there, the house was once again quiet, saved for the soft breathing come from the female that laid on him. He wrapped one arm around her and hugged her tightly. Grabbing a hold of her wrist, he brought it up and with what little light the lamp produced he stared at the thin puffy vertical lines on (Y/N)'s wrist. Lightly he brought the skin to his lips and kissed them, each one he gave a small delicate kiss to, before looking down at the sleeping (H/C) haired girl and kissing the top of her head.

"I love you" Law mumbled lowly while wrapped both arms around (Y/N) and hugging her tightly. The girl shifted a bit and subconsciously wrapped her arms around him while rubbing her face against his chest lightly.

"I love you as well" (Y/N) mumbled lowly, but loud enough for the ravenette to hear. Law gave a tired smile before leaning back against the wall and closed his eyes as he too fell asleep.
