I decided to draw my fav Batman villains with a song tribute, which fits them perfectly...At first I started with the Joker
I chose the song - The Joker - by Steve Miller Band
I thought it's the best song for the clown prince of crime and
cited the pic with the chorus...
Hope U like it and let me know what R U thinking about ^^
