Here's more information about the competition I am currently entering: My Little Pony Season 4 Design Contest 

This is my T-shirt design for the My Little Pony Season 4 Design Contest. My design is based on Chinese New Year and this year's Chinese Zodiac year, the Year of the Horse. Princess Twilight Sparkle is wearing a cheongsam (it's a Chinese dress) for this special occasion. The traditional red and yellow colours represent luck while moderate violet, brilliant rose and pale, light greyish mulberry represent her mane and body colours. The stars which were all over her cheongsam represent her Cutie Mark. Gong Hei Fat Choi and here's to this year! I know this is late but it's better late than never. So, please vote for me! If you're wondering about my signature, it's my name in Cantonese. Unfortunately, my 3D assets/models, Rarity, Applejack and Spike the Dragon didn't make it into the final design. 

As part of the Engaging with Industry - Placement and Competitions for 3D module of my university course, I have to enter any competition. Any competition will do as long as it lasts just as long as the module and it lets me to use 3D.

Twilight is wearing a cheongsam which is a Chinese dress. She's wearing it for Chinese New Year or the Year of the Horse. It's still the Year of the Horse now until next year.

I have no choice but to register in order to enter the contest. I have to enter any competition as part of one of my university modules. It's either that or find a work placement or do freelance work.

I think I found a secret brony who just so happens to be one of the boys from my university class. And here I thought that I'm the only My Little Pony fan in the classroom. Some of his favourites and one of his artwork pretty much confirms it.

Actually, I liked My Little Pony before it is cool/mainstream. I grew up with the second generation back in 1998 and I remember that my favourite ponies were Sweet Berry , Berry Bright , Dainty Dove and Queen Sun Sparkle . The ponies lived in Ponyland which is prior to the existence of Equestria. I still have the PC game, My Little Pony: Friendship Gardens  after all these years but I don't know where the box went. The game still works but there are some parts which didn't work properly if you play it on a modern computer. I still regret recycling the My Little Pony magazines and toys.
