The subject and lighting is excellent, although the temptation with point source lighting is to loose too much detail when trying to enhance the mood or texture of the peice. I might sugest a looser crop and a *slightly* more visible textures. The hair is superb and if more visible at the top and right could increase the impact of the peice. Excellent shot though.

ah! I love picture taken with only one source of light, it could make anything interesting, seeing as this would be an nteresting subject even if it was full lit it makes it really neat. Perfect positioning too, not too far or too close, good work with hair too!
