Well, I think I did a good job.. x] mostly. I just wanted to start off with saying that because!There is also a group of things I don't like. XD
This drawing totally gave me Mag vibes by the end of it. [probably because I based the cloak and pose off of a figurine of her in front of me!] >_<
secondly it's hard to see the bow, or rather decipher what it is. >_< rawr, I really didn't like that.
Other than that I am happy with it overall. x] The details and outfit design were all meee. :] I had fun creating it. ^__^

Edit: I made some parts darker, tried to fix up her hand a bit and cleaned up some places. :]

It is a bit difficult to realise it's a bow, but a title like "Archer" anchors it down, so no big deal. ^-^ It's really good! <3 Love your pencil sketches!

the pose is very nice and you've done a great job with the shading
the anatomy mistakes my be the main cause of your distress, but I wouldn't worry about them so much as the cap and blouse cover them up pretty nicely
I do have a comment on the cap though
for lake of a better word I can only say it's distracting
for some reason when ever I try to look at the pic as a whole the cape gives me the illusion of being part of her body thus ruining the proportions
this may be due to the fact that the part of her blouse which overlaps the cap has the same tone, thus having the effect of miss leading my eye
I recommend increasing the tones on the blouse as well as defining her lines
on another note

yeahhh, I had my major anatomy issue with her left arm, I tried to make it smaller to give the illusion it was behind her, and that really didn't work out.. XD I was thinking of changing that later, I may try to and re-upload an update. and yeah I see what you mean by the cloak. >_< It was kinda hard for me to make a different shade for every piece. XD And I guess this is kinda an excuse but I was shading in the dark since my sister made me turn the lights off.. x] but I totally see what you mean. Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it. ^__^ I'll be more aware of that stuff in the future. :]

ooooh, I didn't have too much of a scheme planned out myself. x] All that I knew was that I wanted her to be blonde really and based shades off that.
