"Yeah, so...Pete, this is Patrick," Joe said nervously. "He'll be playing drums. Patrick, this is Pete; he plays bass..."He trailed off anxiously as the two boys regarded each other, gazes both curious and guarded. Joe could only stand awkwardly in the shadows that spilled from his basement's solitary light bulb and hope that the two would get along.
Yeah, so, I'm officially undertaking the 100 theme challenge. This is theme number one: introduction.
That was just a little explanation of the scene, obviously.
I'm kinda proud of this one. I'm happy that I took the time to add the shading. I may lineart and color this at some point, but for now you'll just have to deal with its pencily glory.

ah, crap, you pwn me. Haha, I'm gonna jack your drawing style (or parts of it). lmfaoo, that's all I ever do when it comes to drawing; study other drawing and try to come up with my own style. But hey, it works, haha. I need to put up my recent drawings, btw... I HAVE gotten better... Hmm.

Yes, be flattered. Haha, but I really like thin characters, and, this may seem really really minor to you, but I liked how Patricks's neck like moved so smoothly to his head and how the body looks right from the side. I always have trouble with drawings from the side.
But I draw anime, and I recently drew a realistic picture that I'm working on but it's turning out great. ^^ I'll try to put them up some time, haha.

I'm glad you like the skinniness...the thinness of Pete and Joe in this picture kind of bothers me, but I do like how Patrick turned out.
