Konan ...and I thought the scanner ate the background on Ino's portrait... geez, you can barely see the bg on this! It's supposed to be a really light pink color, which you can kinda see in the corners and stuff.
Anyway, this is Sakura Haruno from Naruto. I like her a lot, but I really think she should have given up on Sasuke in the beginning.
The sakura blossoms were really fun to color

I like the concept, and the flowers are very good.
However, I feel like your proportions are lacking.
First, the neck. The neck should be alittle bigger. A person with that small of a neck would not be able to hold their head up, let alone turn it around.
Next, the facial features could be alittle better. In manga, the eyes are what take up alot of the face, the nose and mouth usually being smaller than them. In other words, the nose shouldn't take up that much space, maybe adjust it to be alittle smaller.

I think it's great work, especially the blossoms - they are really good drawn and the way there are clustered and individually formed seems really natural.
My only issue is the head, I think you turned it too far around.
