This is my first time doing any sculpting. I have had some experience in 3d modeling but this is my first attempt at the real thing. I am welcome to any critiques that you might have. Hope you like itRelated content

Imperfections are what makes it perfect, other than whether it matches your vision to you, from the outside it looks amazing. What is the size/scale?

From memory (haven't seen it in over 6 years) it is about 20cm ish tall

That is really impressive. I love the surrealism. Do you do mixed media? I think you would be pretty good at that

Cheers, I try my hand at a few different things. 3D graphics which I work in professionally. I dabble in sketching and have done this sculpture here. I also am currently working on a digital painting that should be finished around mid December.

You can almost hear it howl, with some color, you could easily see it move!! that's the best sculpture I have ever seen!!

Gorgeous, but I don't know, the head and the tail look like they need more detail so that they better fit in with the rest of the body.

yea they are i bit, they were the last things i did and i rushed them. the palm is too small and the fingers need to be fatter because i wanted the hands quite big

hehe yea i was just remembering the name off the top of my head. i'm moving back down on the 25th of jan. and it says on your user that you are zac. i don't have any sculpey left any way so no fur. the thin part on the tail was my attempt at fur on the tail to make it less boring. why do you have sculpey are you going to be making another model??? will be cool to see what you come up with

The tail looks a little funny. The thin part commin off the tail thing. Its mainly in the pictures looking from the back though.
And its actually called Super Sculpey I have a box next to me.

not sure as i haven't really tried painting something like this and i was never too good with paints at high school. I've just been working on a showreel

yeah looks realy impresive for a first timer. How long did it take you to make it? It's right foot in teh top left shot looks as if it's got loose skin not muscle. But yeah really good all round, and is teh best first model i've ever seen. Keep it up and maybe you could get a job a Weta workshop.
