😊 Too bad you couldn't visit Tennessee some time then. We have bright metallic blue and bright metallic green dragon flies here. They perch on my car every summer at my work. Out in Cherokee national forest they buzz all around the streams and rivers so it looks like a blue and green light show when the sun's rays hit them. Can't say I've ever seen a bright red one till now though. We have some pale orange ones here but not red. 😊

lol I was going to say that I'd love the chance of photographing a blue dragonfly some time. I saw one recently a couple of times from my front balcony, but it didn't land! 

I took a photo years ago, and that was blue. (not the "electric blue", more of a dull blue) 




and there was a yellow one.
