Thank you for asking. They are actually fine. Kismine got back in better health and is eating more now and no longer needs pain meds. Apparently she had respiratory track infection that healed on its own. Fortunately! 

Hot weather? We have normal weather for January (finally) -30 celcius last night, and during today its been -26 celcius. Also a nice amount of snow. ^^

I'm glad that Kismine is much better. 

-30 degrees!! I have never experienced cold like that! And snow! I have only seen it a few times in my life. It has never snowed in Sydney.

Some places are going to experience temperatures of 45 degrees this week! Adelaide, the capital of South Australia is one. We've had many record temperatures so far this summer! It is horrible!

Depends where you are in Australia. It is big country, about the size of Europe. Some places are very dry. They are in drought. Other places are in the tropics and get rain all year.
