"My name is Morgue... Because if you try what I try, you'd be dead."

This is Morgue from AMC's series 'Freakshow'. He's a performer and shock artist in the Venice Beach Freakshow. He swallows swords, pierces needles through his skin - if it involves pain, he's your go-to guy. He's very much a believer in that if you're not feeling anything, then you're not living. From the first moment I saw him, I knew he was going to be my favorite. He's all about overcoming obstacles yourself and doing things for you, not anyone else. Plus, I've always had a thing for ridiculously pretty men in black.

Considering how small my reference picture was for this, I'm happy with what I was able to accomplish. It's fun working with black and white because it means I have to push myself to create darker and lighter values (also more stressful, but whatever). But, like I did back in high school, I did a small color focus, which are his eyes. Some of you might be able to tell, maybe some of you won't. Anyways, hope you guys like it (:
