I believe this is very creative and beautiful. You took these lovely original pieces of art and turned it into something new. I think you should show the original artists this. I'm not sure if you had asked them for permission or not, but I think they should see what you did. If they don't like the fact you did this then I recommend removing the artwork and keeping it to yourself. Other than that, keep up the great work!

Well if you look more closely, you can see that I credit the owner of the two artworks. I hope you know, what a designer is. It’s nothing wrong about editing artworks if you credit the owner. ^^
