Omigosh! I downloaded Paint Tool SAI and it's AWESOME! So good.

The anatomy of the drawing is as follows:

The ribbon belongs to Rin Kagamine, the vocaloid. I wanted to keep the headdress simple.

The hair and eyes are non other than Karin Hanazono's from Kamichama Karin. I liked her blue eyes and blonde hair.

The dress is Shia-san's, from Pita-Ten. It was tricky to draw but looks stunning.

The shoes come from Rozen Maiden and belong to Shinku. I believe that the shoes match the dress thanks to the little roses on them.

Finally, the staff belongs Sir Aaron from the Pokemon movie: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew. I like staffs and mages and such, so just wanted to have on in the picture.

The background I just added because white looked too plain. I hope you like it! (And that my description isn't too long!)
