you know... I usually find rose photos boring, but this one grabbed my attention for some reason... I'm not too sure what it is exactly.. I may just be too tired to realize it at the moment.

haha yeah i know what you mean. flower pictures are usually pretty boring and meaningless to me unless theres something new and different with the way its shot. thanks for the compliment though

ahh but that rose is not a flower, it's something else entirely, see how it has a darkened highlighted shadow about it--that's its soul, that rose is no flower, but definately that rose holds intrinsic artistic power.
