I've been to Shanghai, and it is an amazing city. I love the entire Nightscapes series, but this photo particularly struck me. It reminds me of the first time I saw this view from The Bund; it was absolutely breathtaking. How the black and white seems to make the city shine is fabulous. I saw this during the day, but the way the view is presented here is much more similar to how I remember it than my pictures are. It's definitely the glow, it stirs the emotional feeling you get when you see this, and it draws your attention to all of the architectural details. And I love city photos. Thanks for providing me with a tool to reminisce!

This is fantastic. I visited Shanghai last year (along with Cixi, Xian & beijing) and i fell in love immediately.

Perfection in city scape photography. A lot of impact. I want to go so bad now, but I don't think it would be as beautiful.
