I dont know about you but I LOVED The Rugrats as a child and I loved Angelica just as much. I remember Winning a Angelica doll in a crane machine ; u ;

This particular Pixel of Angelica was based on the Angelic featured in the CreepyPasta "The Rugrats Theory" If you dont know i'll give you an 'In the nutshell'

A Theory has been going around the internet that The Popular Kids Cartoon 'The Rugrats' was based upon a real life person called Angelica and her imaginary friends, Angelica gets these images of the 'babies' due to the fact that apparently she was a crack baby (her mother took drugs while pregnant) and was mentally damaged due to this.

Of course, this is just a rumor! I dont want to think that Nickelodeon would make a cartoon about such a sad story.
And Angelica has been said to have died in 1994 because of a drug overdose. It is incredibly sad but kind of believable if you have an open mind granted the theories have been slashed because of the Rugrats episode without Angelica but those could have just been made for filler o3o.
