From youngest to oldest in Hoshi/Sailor Seraphic Saturn/Princess Naoki/Queen Naoki

Civilian, age 5: Hoshi in her Princess Training Academy outfit. She was sent there for disciplinary actions similar to Selena, with her pranks.

Sailor Saturn, age 10: Her starter form. Hoshi was originally reluctant to take on her role as Sailor Saturn and wanted to follow in her father, Peruru's footsteps. With Selena's help, she overcame her reluctance and accepted her role as Saturn.

Hoshi, age 13: Hoshi's civilian form when she lives in Crystal Montreal with her friends, Selena, Nanami and Chiaki. They attend a private all girls school known as L.S. Catholic College. The uniforms there are light blue and white.

Galactic Saturn, age 14: As Hoshi becomes more comfortable as Sailor Saturn, her powers increase and she gains the "Galactic" form.

Divine Saturn, age 15: Hoshi gains this form around the time Selena does from Neo Queen Serenity in her Sailor Cosmos form. She gains the Death and Rebirth Double Sickles.

Princess Naoki, age 16: Her princess form on Saturn. Naoki's dress is made up of rare fabrics found on Saturn.

Seraphic Saturn, age 20: Hoshi's final form when she fights Sailor Despair with Selena, Miharu, Nanami, Chiaki and Salem in Danica and the Sol Senshi's place. This form is unknown.

Queen Naoki, Age 24: Hoshi's final form when she becomes queen of Saturn.
