I wonder though, the form where Bill looks like a statue intrigues me quite a bit. Unlike every other form he has had, he does not have his insignia hat. That oddly got me thinking that maybe at some time, Bill was maybe more insightful than he was later on? Maybe his only purpose was to look at the world and just absorb knowledge and see everything that could be seen.

I have no idea how the lack of a hat got me thinking like that. XD
