I've used this theme for years, but yesterday after switching to xp pro 64bit I can't get it to work in the new environment, so sad; anyways, a bit of googling later I found this xutheme patcher, [link] , ran it, rebooted, and once again I have a comfortable working environment.

I used winxp_sp3_uxtheme_patcher
copy/paste into _windows/resources/theme
worked like a charm.

Any chance of reverting the IE page loading progression bar back to green & the right start bar panel a lighter shade of grey? then this would be perfect!

also, the close box 'x' on some smaller windows are grey instead of red... looks too plain

... is what i have to say about the situation about this theme first i wanted to say good job... then i thought wait a second this is a rip on the zune theme but i like the zune theme being that ive always like a interface thats graphical isnt something
that i would find in a childrens coloring book and looks profestional and grown up and has every thing in my os mapped out so if my skin is all red i dont want a little help ballon thats blue. the os patch isnt good for people who have multiple user accounts being that they'll notice the change. which may upset other users. other than that it doesn't look like you changed much to really call it a "vs" so good luck with the skining and i hope you take my comments as "constructive" critisim

If you want to get rid of his uxtheme crap, rename the .exe to .zip. Then go into it and extranct the Resources directory. In that directory you'll find a Themes directory. In that Themes directory you'll find a theme file and his visual style. Zip those to a standalone zip and you have your zip file. The rest is so much garbage.

please replease this as a ZIP or RAR. Also take that "uxtheme.dll" auto patching out as it broke my VS. I had to repatch but I am reluntant to apply your release. Please keep it simple and leave it to people what uxtheme.dll stuff they need to use.

I'd have preferred it if your VS didn't install stuff on my system. I had to extract the style form it to prevent it form trying to patch my OS. In future please do not have your styles attempt this.

congratulations on this theme. first let me say that you get like a buhmillion points for not having another aero theme lookalike for xp. on the other hand, ROYALE!? I've seen this theme before and i didn't like it before.

However I don't really care. I made this theme mainly for me 
I downloaded a lot of windows xp themes royale based and aero based and didn't like either of them.
Zune has bugs. Royale Noir has bugs.
This one doesn't
