For people who are wondering why you can not download models anymore, I may have answers to your questions.
A long time ago a law was passed against the protection of data on the internet. This law targeted certain countries that did not respect data protection. So "Tieba Baidu" had to change their policy and they decided to cut the link with some countries.
To download these models you must create an account. To create an account, you must not reside in the United States and the European Union, because you will not be able to create an account.
VPNs are useless on this site.
I'm like you, I can not download these models, it's a shame because I wanted to make videos or photos with these models.
Hoping that he will put a new link on a site that everyone can access.

Hi thanks for sharing! I tried these instructions, but instead of downloading when clicking 'download' button it shows a popup instead. As stated below by Viranto12 " i only get a QR-Code and don't understand anything". This is the same I am experiencing.
