Very interesting, ^3wyl provides suggestive words. The cork could be seen as like the moon, reflecting the sun -- the moon being interpreted as representing the world of desire. Whereas the sun represents the world of wisdom. The Jar could be seen as a (spiritual) womb within which the flower stem grows into, from its original basis in the world (the moon). Maintaining its steady aspiration it escapes the womb and enters into undefiled sunlight, within which the flower of wisdom blooms. The table, and by inference the top of the photo, just outside of it, could be seen as representing the grounds of existence within which wisdom can be contrasted with foolishness. In other words, good photo.
