Basically they're just spending their free time after work hours munching down on and sharing a BUNCH of valentines day candy that they got from the food vendors ;3; probably all of it is just leftovers that didn't sell during the day lol opportunists
also since I was early enough in the sketch at the time, I ended up going with the outfit that he had on in his Valentines day picture,, hope you don't mind >~>
