Well, I'll say in her defense that you don't see a child who looks like your friend and say "OH! IT'S MY FRIEND, WHICH HAVE BEEN MAGICALLY SHRUNKEN!". I would have think it's weird, but people becoming children it's not something that happens in real life.

Rachel does figure it out on at least 3 occasions, but someone backs Conan up and throws her off. Case in point, Dr. Agasa using the bowtie, Haibara in disguise and Mrs. Kudo just...being herself

I haven't seen all of the anime, but ive read pretty far in the manga. she does figure it out a few times but then some kind of trick is used, like Doc. using the voice modulator bowtie to call Ran in Shinichi's voice while Conan is standing next to her, or Ai dressing up like Conan with a cold while the real one is temporairly back to his real size.

I gave up on the show/manga. it's too long!!! I'll only read the first 10 or 11 volumes because the new style is painful to look at, and I can pretend that she figured out! 8D *shot again*
