It says in the description I got the screenshot from Halo Waypoint. I didn't take it myself.
But if you're asking how to take a screenshot from a computer just hit the keys Ctrl + Prnt Scrn and then paste it onto any editing program like MS Paint or Photoshop.

I wonder what the Prometheans/The Didact 'want' with the UNSC Infinity?

Loving all the news about HALO 4. Can't wait to find out the story.
But I don't know if it was just a coincidence, or an actual nod to 'HALO:CE' that humans just built and upgraded this brand spanking new ship, and yet again crashes it into a Forerunner construct world, just like the Pillar of Autumn lol

Well the Pillar of Autumn crashed due to battle damage with Covenant Cruisers. The Infinity crashed because the Forunner planet jacked it and pulled it in.

Yes, but that doesn't change the fact that they were both new ships and they both crashed into Forerunner constructs. Don't get me wrong, I think it's pretty kool, just kinda noticed the pattern XD

Uh, actually the Pillar of Autumn was over 20 years old before it crashed on Halo. This is proven in Halo Wars when The Spirit of Fire arrives at Arcadia and meet up with the Autumn and a few other ships while they were under attack from the Covenant. Maybe the Autumn went under high maintanence before it crashed on Halo, but it really is over 20 years old. So yeah, I would think that's pretty old.

Yea, the Halcyon-Class Cruiser design was nearly 25-year-olds by the time of the Harvest incident. It was known for the unique honey-comb bracing running along its hull, giving it unprecedented survivability in battle. But it was kind of underpowered at the time and was the smallest kind of cruiser.
The Pillar of Autumn itself was originally moth-balled and set to be decommissioned by the time of HALO: CE, until Dr. Halsey's project took it out of storage. It received a massive refit; Its engines got a complete overhaul. Its old MAC was replaced with an experimental 3-shot light MAC, and it was given hundreds of additional Archer missile pods (300 if I remember correctly), giving it 10x the firepower of any UNSC ship. It could engage Covenant warships one-on-one when the ratio used to be that 7 Human warships was only a match for 1 Covenant ship.
In a sense, the PoA became a New ship.
Space Warships are kind of my thing, so that's why it was rather depressing for me to see the UNSC Infinity (which integrated captured Covenant and Forerunner technology) go down seemingly without a token fight. I wouldn't be surprised if the Infinity could engage even a Covenant Assault Carrier by itself.
Gods, I hope they are able to get it flying again, it didn't look severely damaged.

Yes, it's like I said, "The Pillar of Autumn may have had VERY HIGH MAINTANANCE done to it, but technically, it's still around 20 years old." So we're both right and wrong....
As for the Infinity, I remember from the Halo 4 trailer that, yes the Infinity is the UNSC's most largest ship, but I don't think it was entirely meant for battle.
If anything, if I remember right, Infinity's main purpose was that of the Enterprise from Star Trek. To venture out into space to find new planets and civilizations to live on.
However, I'm pretty sure Infinity's also capable of handling very well in a fight; not to mention very well armed. lol

Actually, there is a critical difference between maintaining a ship as is, and an extensive refit/upgrade. It's the difference between the M-16A and the M-4 Commando of today, both are from the 30-year-old M-16 design, but one is classified as a 'new' gun. Really, the only things that linked the Autumn to other Halcyon Class ships was its hull design and its name, everything else about the ship was different.
Though, I guess in the technical sense, one can still call it an old ship. I mean the Enterprise-E from Star Trek has been called an old ship just for baring the name Enterprise.
As for the Infinity, even in the trailer, it was described as a vessel "designed for battle but re-purposed for peace". It's not really a big leap to assume that the Infinity is simply a warship that's been equipped to handle scientific expeditions, which requires it to be armed anyway (it doesn't take a lot of modification to do with a ship large enough to house its own science facilities).
With the captured Covenant and Forerunner tech already integrated into it, I'm thinking it has an advanced energy shield and possibly pulse lasers like covenant ships. We can even see in the trailer that it has its own complement of Marines.

Judging from those green bolts emanating from the front of the ship, I'm guessing that the UNSC Infinity took an EMP burst from some kind of Forerunner weapon and crashed into Requiem.

Yeah, but that's only because they're a renegade group from the Covenant. They're not with the other Elites that sided with the Humans after the war. They're more like Space Pirates now. Not to mention the new enemies are called Prometheans. They're A.I.s created by the Forerunners to protect them. Kinda like really advanced Sentinels.
