As far as a design element goes the green wroks well to draw atention and of course eyes alway are a focal point. If you'd like to improve work similar to this try adding some continuity and perhaps a heirarchy of imagery to composition. Also perhaps a split complementary color harmony might bring a more diverse and full concept. These are just suggestions and comments designed to help your art.
