.::Lazy::.. One thing that hasn't changed at all. Even though he has a lot more responsibilities now and has to work, the guy is still lazy, finding any way to either get out of working when he doesn't need to, or finding a way to sleep on and off through the task.
.::Loyal::. Another thing that hasn't changed. Even though much has occurred over the past several months, he is still loyal to Team Rocket, his family. Even though the current leader isn't to his.....liking.
.:: Passionate::. He truly cares for Team Rocket and each of it's members *excluding Ace* and views them all as family. He would defend them with his life and fight till the last breath to protect them, and the Team Rocket name.
.::Stubborn ::. He's a hardhead, and it takes a lot to change his mind.
.:: Aggressive ::. Even though his laid back personality resurfaces from time to time, it's actually hard to think that this guy has a violent side. But don't forget, he is the Rocket Admin after all. He isn't a stranger to violence, nor the idea of having to use force to benefit Team Rocket.
.:: Protective::. Don't EVER mess with the ones he holds dear. He'll blindly jump into the fray to protect those he cares for, no matter how dangerous.

History:
[Kit-hood/Childhood]

Asher grew up in an average family; his mother was really quiet, and his father always off working. He had been out playing in front of his house one day when a large Poke-Cat approached him with a red 'R' emblazoned on their collar. The Poke-Cat watched Asher for a bit and then asked him what he was playing.
"Pirates!" Asher meowed, ignoring the fact that his mother had told him not to talk to strangers.

"Well, if you're playing pirates, don't you need pirate gear?" The pokecat meowed, tilting his head in question.

Asher looked at his paws with a frown. "Mama won't let me take any of our things out in the mud...." he admitted. The stranger chuckled and shook his head.

"Your mother is silly, cloth is made to be used. Here," he added, pulling a dark bandanna with a red R on it out of his satchel. "You can use this." Ash took the bandanna with eager wide eyes.

"T-Thank you, sir! But.....don't you need it?" The other Poke-Cat shook his head. "No, I'm fine, and you never know, that may come in handy one day. Have fun with your game," With those last words, the stranger turned and walked away. Ash watched him go, then went back to his game, unaware of what had just transpire.

Four months later, Asher's house burned down because of a carelessly tossed match,...or so thought. His mother perished in the flames while shortly after that his father disappeared. Asher was left alone in the streets, starving and cold. Then one night, while scrounging for food, he ran into the same large Poke-Cat with the 'R' on their collar as before. They took him to the Rocket Base where he would grow up and learn to defend for himself. Over the years the Rockets became like a second family and he would does everything they ask of him as payment for saving his life. Asher would rather die before betraying them.

[Team Rocket]
Like every cat that joins Team Rocket, Asher started off as a lowly grunt. The janitors were treated with more respect, showing just how low in power they were. He didn't mind though because he had a home now, and this time he would make sure nothing happened to it. The young cat looked up to Sparrow, the former leader of the devious group and didn't mind the hard work or labor (though complained occasionally) because he regarded the flying Poke-Cat with high respect and admiration.

That however changed when Sparrow suddenly upped and left. The whole base was in a disarray without their leader and Asher was livid. The bastard had abandoned them, his family. But he could do nothing since he still held the rank of a grunt. Then, she came. Ace, the Ditto Poke-cat. The pink feline had waltzed in and proclaimed herself the new 'Boss' of Team Rocket.

He didn't know her, had never seen her, and thus didn't trust her. How could a mysterious cat appear out of nowhere and claim themselves the boss?! Realizing that he still couldn't do anything with the position he was in, Asher started to actually 'work' on his missions and was successful with most mission. This was a major turn of events given that the tom is very laid back and lazy in nature. To become suddenly serious was chilling. But his efforts paid off and he was soon elected to Executive. Now he's that much more closer to Ace, cause as you know the saying "Keep you friends close,....and your enemies closer."

[Brimstone and Fire]

Once his mind was made up, Asher was easily able to climb the ranks to Rocket Executive. In this position he was given more power over the grunts, special missions, and being able to spy on Ace and her plans. At the time he didn't understand the meaning of investigating the dormant behemoth of a volcano Mt. Kanira. That was, until the Magma Stone was uncovered. Suddenly the whole island as in an uproar of discord. Ace had seized all of the explorers, trainers, and rangers on the island, and sent them to work. In no time the ancient poke feline Heatran was found. Heatran, or rather Aries, was in a deep slumber, keeping the volcano from erupting. Asher remembered the horrifying events that took place after that.

Both Ace and he, as well as a large party of rocket grunts had went into the cavern where Aries rested, the leader wielding the Magma Stone. The monster of a cat instantly woke up and became outranged with the ditto cat who was demanding the legend to obey her. The volcano came alive and began to quake. The magma slowly rising and running down the walls of the room. As much as he would have like to leave Ace to die there, he quickly leaped in front as a distraction and forced the others to quickly flee and find refuge. This however was hard since lava was beginning to pew from the cap. Asher used his type advantage to slow Aries down but the difference in power was quite clear.

He was easily overwhelmed in a matter of minutes, heavily wounded and bleeding. At last minute though he was able to escape when the volcano gave a tremendous shake, making Aries step and get his paw stuck in a crevice. After fleeing the volcano he quickly took to the water after his comrades, leaving the island to its fate.

The Big Jaw poke-cat padded through the dark quiet streets, having no real destination in mind. He had always liked the nighttime. It brought the cool air, the moon, stars, silence, and his favorite thing of all. Darkness. Yes how he loved the darkness, to be able to go unnoticed through the shadows and target your prey. Ash loved it all. The power to know that your victim doesn't suspect a thing, to be able to close in on them so easily and attack. It sent shivers down his spine just thinking about it.

"Well~ I have nothing to do and I don't want to go back just yet." Violet eyes glanced around casually as the totodile poke-cat padded into the shop part of town. "I'm feeling in the mood of doing some window shopping- or correction, stealing~ since I have no intention of buying the goods." He gave a soft chuckle, whipping his tail behind him eagerly. "Let the games begin heheh..."
