i love this photo.. genericlly i wil saw the colors are very lovely, bold and bright. which is veery eye pleasing. but what i love most about this is the perspective, the contrast (which is wonderful btw) and the way theyre all sort of leaning in on eacother. it looks like they are all whispering natures secrets to one another. And the few withered ones here and there add variety to this shot. Like natures way of mixing it up a little bit.

one thing about photography that i love the most, is the fact that it allows me to experience things that i either have not, or have yet to. it brings new worlds to me. ive never seen these kind of flowers in person, let alone a forest-thick of them like this, and it makes me want to seek it out. imagineing standing in the midst of their whispers, and feeling the soft stroke of their petals as they move in the breeeze..

really lovely photo.

No, it was in my old house in Alaska, funny.. one of the COLDEST states was able to produce a backyard full of wild flowers.. Ironic?

[..I've not seen them in this color]
fields... are they yours?..
the lens distortion.. the exaggeration of perspective..
come forward and rise..
reminds me of curious children who come so close to look through your lens at you..
but your title.. is it you swimming out to them?.. crouched low and...

..I enjoy the mixture of dead blooms.. red..
