My Ahri cosplay again, this time a full body. Mostly, any way. I haven't picked out shoes yet. xD I'm probably using my black interview shoes for now.Edit: Since people are curious about my orb and tails...My tails are on a belt on my waist, and clear straps on my shoulders.

I used some clear bra straps. It's kind of something that's easier to show than explain. I got 4 straps total. 2 for each shoulder (for the sake of rip prevention).
Next, I hooked 2 straps together and tied em up reaally tight. Then because I'm still kind of a cosplay noobie, I hot glued those ends up. Then I sewed it to my tails! ...(and then hot glued them to stay better).
They're really heavy so I only have about 5 up. The other 4 just drag across the floor. I really didn't want them to, but my noobiness ended up making it that way. >__<;
Oh, they're also around my waist on a belt. They're not actually attached to the belt though. They have some ribbon in them that leads out and ties to the belt. The tails have some "extension" of white fabric sewn at their base. Basically because I knew if I put fur under my dress, it would poof out really bad. So I used some flat white fabric that hides under my dress.
...Kind of complicated to explain! I tried my best though! You'd do best not to attempt what I did. xD;

I'm currently making my Ahri cosplay, also the classic skin, i'm a bit more of a 'professional' atleast for our netherlands that is.. I'm still looking at all those cosplayers and I'm trying to think of HOW they all made them! (: I'll watch you so I can keep see progress of you and you als seem to be a kind girl

Well y'see, I really wanted to use some wire too. But holy crap, just the fabric itself with no polyfill in it was too heavy to have it stand up. O_o But it's such nice fabric I didn't want to waste it or anything, so I just did what I could.
My other idea was just to attach them with velcro, but that didn't work either. xD
My last resort was safety pins, although everything in me told me not to use them since they eat the fabric up. They didn't work either, but at least they didn't damage anything.
I just really didn't want to use straps. .w.
Oh well, at least it works. xD

Haha, yeah it's a pretty hard task to get those tails right!
I'm currently sewing the golden part at the bottem of her top.
After that I'll upload the photo for it (: Also orderd my wig a week ago, hope it'ss arrive soon <3 Still I'm so scared the tails will fail, let's just hope not so.. xD

Dynasty skin is on sale atm, so I got myself that one yesterday, it's really cute! Tho I prefer the midnight skin more, hope it'll get on sale one day too..

Ohh...I MIGHT invest in the Dynasty skin...Maybe it looks better in game than it does in her splash art. I also prefer the Midnight, but only over the Dynasty. ORIGINAL AHRI SKIN FTW! D<

Classic Ahri is the best! ;D imo after that, midnight, dynasty, firefox. I also heard that the midnight skin will be on sale next week, still a rumor tho!
I hope my skirt indeed will look god, since it'll be a high-waist one.. Oh and about the tails! Uhm, I have this really big closet and I geus if they don't fit there, they'll probably go to the garage in a closet or somewhere under my bed. I also have a special saving place storage in the roof (dunno whats it callled) but they can go there too!

I'll probably wear it without the ball and only one tail at A-Kon 2012. Then I'll wear it with the ball, contacts, and hopefully all 9 tails at NDK 2013. ^w^
