Envy enters the world of Gensokyo!!An idea that propped up from ~thagreatcreator (thanks!) And sorry it took so long to get back to you on that comment. orz
The quickest drawing ever done, and probably the most messiest. Hence the location in the scrapbook.
I never had a chance to draw Envy before, and my goodness was it hard. Especially his hair. As you can probably tell. orz

It's a crossover of FMA's Envy and Parsee from the game Touhou Subterranean Animism. Parsee (as Wikipedia puts it) is a "jealousy driven person" who has the powers to manipulate that emotion in others.
The game and the characters are really awesome so I definitely recommend checking it out!
