I must say, of the two, I like the look of Rose better. The shading using Kanaya as the light source is a nice touch.
As for Kanaya, I would just like to state that I am bollucks at anatomy, but her right arm seems to have an extra angle between the shoulder and the elbow. As is, her right shoulder seems a bit high and large, even taking foreshortening into account.
That said, Kanaya draws the eye quite well, and the subtle pointing downward is a good transition of focus.
However, the curls of Kanaya's dress don't gradate well to Rose's skirt. Perhaps they could have merged with highlights along the twists of the skirt.
In summary, a great deal of sophistication went into this, and a little adjustment will take it to the god-teir.
